What is included in the daily rate? +
The amounts on this site are approximate base daily rates for the vehicle class. They do not include taxes, airport or facility fees, optional damage waivers or insurance products, additional drivers, or one-way fees. Your total is calculated for your specific dates and location when you book.
Who can rent? +
Most locations require renters to be at least 21 (sometimes 25 for certain classes). A valid driver’s license and a major credit card in the primary driver’s name are typically required. Drivers under 25 may pay a young-driver fee where applicable.
Will I get the exact car in the photo? +
No. Photos and model names are examples of the class. You are assigned a vehicle in that class (or a comparable one) based on what is available at pickup.
Insurance and protection +
Legal minimum liability rules depend on the jurisdiction. Optional products such as collision damage waiver or supplemental liability may be offered at the counter or online. Check whether your own auto policy or credit card already covers rentals before buying extras.
Cancellations and changes +
Policies vary by rate type and how close you are to pickup. Many standard bookings allow free cancellation until a stated cutoff. The terms for your reservation are shown before you confirm.
Why do prices change? +
Demand, season, location, and lead time all affect rates. Website figures are guides for comparing classes, not a locked quote until you complete a booking for specific dates.
